Oasis Roma, an EGO (Extra Governmental Organization)

Oasis Roma is the organization that runs the FARS Space Program and offers country-level (and their proxies) memberships, indigenous peoples memberships, and major religion memberships that allow for our space feeds to be distributed to all and our technologies to be licensed to all with oversight.  Its focus is to enact religious, cultural, financial, and scientific support as it moves towards analyzing and transforming planets into colonizable worlds beyond our solar system.  Oasis Roma currently has consular areas established on or at:

Mars, near Mt. Olympus [a 60 x 60 KM area] ​facilities/vendor area known as Galileo Town

Thurston Island, Antarctica- entire island ​ ​facilities/vendor area known as Bergoglio Town

Siple Island Antarctica- entire island ​facilities/vendor area known as: Kobayashi Town

Grant Island Antarctic- entire island ​facilities/vendor area known as: Copernicus Town​

Forrester Island Antarctic- entire island ​facilities/vendor area known as: Pepin Town

Oasis Roma is governed by an elected council and committees on Mars and at Antarctica that will be administered remotely for the time being.  The treasury committee has an enforcement team called TROI and an as needed court capability.  Beyond that and info and facility security, we do not have any offensive weapons or defense structure in our solar system.  The FARS Space Program that dwells inside and outside of Oasis Roma is open to members of all faiths and will have technology committees for 'Earth possible use' made up of country-level members (or their proxies).  

Each major consular area has a vendor area for working with onsite (eco-friendly) testing and commerce for visitors and that will use Antarctica as a liveability testing point for establishing the park or oasis on Mars and beyond.
